How long is my lead?

Any lead ordered under 1m will have “visible cable". For example a 50cm lead ordered will have 50cm of visible cable plus the connectors. Any lead ordered 1m and longer will have the cable cut at 1m, then the connectors soldered on.

When are you open from?

We are open Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm GMT

How long will it take for my items to reach me?

This depends on which delivery option is selected. We are unable to guarantee Royal Mail delivery times but we do promise to dispatch your order on the same day if placed before 11am. Typically Royal Mail 2nd Class will arrive to the majority of the UK in 2-3 Working days and Royal Mail 1st Class in 1-2 Working days.

Our primary 24-hour courier service for UK shipments is DPD and is sent guaranteed next day on a tracked service (please include your mobile contact number or e-mail so we can give you a tracking update and 1 hour delivery window which can be rescheduled if needed). Our collection time is at 4pm so to ensure we can get to work on your order as fast as possible and ship it the same day please place this as early as possible on the day. We aim to send DPD Next Day Orders out when ordered prior to 11am, we will aim to get them out if ordered later in the day but can’t guarantee so it is best to check with us to see if we can fulfil the order in that time-frame. *For Large orders where many custom made cabling products are ordered please allow additional time and contact us if you need it by a certain date.*

For European and international shipments we use DPD as well on a tracked service, typically you can expect your items to arrive between 2-5 working days, slightly longer for sizeable custom-made orders and for countries further afield. Please contact us if you’d like to know an accurate time frame for your shipment to arrive.

We can deliver on an express service if you require it more urgently and can quote a delivery price if required, just let us know when you need it by and a postal/zip code.

My Cable says "microphone cable" but I ordered for powered speaker?

Our Microphone cable can be used on powered or active speakers as it just runs an audio signal not power.

Where is my item(s)?

Please allow 2 working days after the day of placing your order with us if ordered by 1st Class, or 3 working days for 2nd Class service before contacting us about the whereabouts of your order.

We will do our very best to ensure your item arrives well packaged and on time but cannot guarantee Royal Mail can meet their targets. Our DPD Tracked next day service does offer this.

If your order has not arrived within the above time frame please get in touch so we can address your concern and offer a solution.

Why is my shipping costing me more than what I selected and paid?

To ship to some locations including Guernsey, Isle of man, Ireland and the channel islands an additional shipping price may need to be calculated when shipped on an express courier service if selected or if the weight is above 2kg, this is due to it being a higher priced shipping region. In some instances we may need to contact you if the order is being shipped there to discuss delivery options and prices.

Can I return my custom made product?
