How can I contact Custom Lynx?

How long is my lead?

Any lead ordered under 1m will have “visible cable". For example a 50cm lead ordered will have 50cm of visible cable plus the connectors. Any lead ordered 1m and longer will have the cable cut at 1m, then the connectors soldered on.

How long do my cables take to manufacture?

Anything that has a Genuine Neutrik connector on it is assembled by us here in Coalville, Leicestershire. So it depends on workload, quantity and type of product, as to how quickly we can ship your order. If your order is urgent, please contact us for an accurate time frame. Next day shipping does not mean your order will be shipped the day you place the order – it simply means it will arrive the next working day once completed. We will always try and turn orders around quickly.

When are you open from?

We are open Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm GMT

How long will it take for my items to reach me?

This depends on which delivery option is selected.

Royal Mail 2nd Class – 3-4 Working Days (Not Guaranteed)
Royal Mail 1st Class – 1-2 Working Days (Not Guaranteed)
TNT Next Working Day – As it says (Guaranteed) – Tracking information will be sent to your email or phone
 
We also offer different options with TNT – Noon, Saturday etc. These are guaranteed services with tracking information sent to your email or phone.

My Cable says "microphone cable" but I ordered for powered speaker?

Our Microphone cable can be used on powered or active speakers as it just runs an audio signal not power.

Where is my item(s)?

Please allow 2 working days after the day of placing your order with us if ordered by 1st Class, or up to 4 working days for 2nd Class service before contacting us about the whereabouts of your order.

We will do our very best to ensure your item arrives well packaged and on time but cannot guarantee Royal Mail can meet their targets. Our TNT Tracked next day service does offer this.

If your order has not arrived within the above time frame please get in touch so we can address your concern and offer a solution.

Why is my shipping costing me more than what I selected and paid?

To ship to some locations including Channel Islands, Isle of man, Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland an additional shipping price may need to be calculated when shipped on an express courier service if selected or if the weight is above 1kg, this is due to it being a higher priced shipping region. In some instances we may need to contact you if the order is being shipped there to discuss delivery options and prices.

Can I return my custom made product?

We cannot accept any returns on cables with custom labels printed. For more information about our returns policy please visit the Customer Service page or get in touch.
