A 12 month guarantee is given on all Custom Lynx products
Refunds / Returns on Custom Made Products
Cancellations will not be accepted for non catalogue and manufactured items. Any custom made / bespoke products (i.e. non stock items) manufactured by Custom Lynx are non returnable. However if the product is found to be faulty within 12 months of supply Custom Lynx will repair or replace the product free of charge. (Subject to normal wear and tear). Any custom made products found to be faulty will be repaired or remade within five working days.
Refunds / Returns on Standard Stock Items
Providing the stock item / items are not damaged, and are in the same condition when supplied, Custom Lynx will refund the full amount (less a 10% handling fee). All goods to be returned with original documentation and within 10 days of supply
Damage or Loss in Transit
Custom Lynx should be notified of any damage to goods in transit within two days of receipt; packaging and contents should be held for inspection. If the goods are not received by the buyer within 48 hours of despatch please notify Custom Lynx.
Acceptance of Goods
The buyer must inform Custom Lynx within three days of delivery of goods of any discrepancy with their order. Custom Lynx will not be liable for rectifying any such discrepancy if notification is made more than three days after delivery.
