A 12 month guarantee is given on all manufactured Custom Lynx products.
If the product is found to be faulty within 12 months of supply Custom Lynx will repair or replace the product free of charge. (Subject to normal wear and tear) –the product must be sent back (at the buyers cost) for testing. Any custom made products found to be faulty will be repaired or remade within five working days.
Refunds / Returns
Any product purchased from Custom Lynx can be returned for a refund within 30 days. This must be returned at the buyers cost – no responsibility will be held by Custom Lynx for items not sent back with tracking information. A 20% re-stocking fee will be charged for items returned providing the item/s are in their original condition with paperwork (20% of the Goods Value). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If the item is returned within the return window but we receive the item damaged or materially different than how it was originally shipped to the buyer a re-stocking fee of up to 50% of the goods value may be charged. Refunds are credited back within 2 days to the original payment method.
Damage or Loss in Transit
Custom Lynx should be notified of any damage to goods in transit within two days of receipt; packaging and contents should be held for inspection. If the goods are not received by the buyer within 48 hours of dispatch please notify Custom Lynx.
If your item hasn’t arrived please notify us within 30 days from your order date, We are not liable to provide a replacement or refund if outside of this period.
Acceptance of Goods
The buyer must inform Custom Lynx within three days of delivery of goods of any discrepancy with their order. Custom Lynx will not be liable for rectifying any such discrepancy if notification is made more than three days after delivery.
